Negotiating and presenting

An agile negotiator and an effective influencer, I’m experienced at heading acquisitions, leading mergers, managing disposals and securing finance. I have excellent stakeholder management skills. Presenting proposals and negotiating the way forward with senior colleagues, shareholders and bankers is a regular requirement and I’m used to working with multiple stakeholders. I have throughout my career presented proposals and led discussions, often at Board level. I’m regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars and I am adept at handling the press and media. Experienced in financial management, I have held full profit-and-loss accountability for several companies and divisions within a wide range of organisations with differing governance structures, including charities, private companies, multinational corporations and companies listed on several of the world’s stock exchanges.
